HONOURABLE JUSTICE BABATUNDE ADENIRAN ADEJUMO (OFR, MCIArb, GFISMN, CFAIR, FCIArb, FNILS, DFIOARM) was born in Ikaram-Akoko, Ondo State on 1st October, 1954. He is the immediate past president of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.

He served as the President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria between 5th May, 2003 and 30th September, 2019, where he made significant contributions to the development of Labour, Industrial and Employment laws both statutorily and constitutionally in Nigeria. He has developed the labour and work place related jurisprudence in Nigeria. Amongst his many achievements, is the inclusion of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria in the Constitution by virtue of the third alteration which placed the Court at par with the Federal High Court, and the High Courts of the states and that of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Hon. Justice B.A. Adejumo, OFR was a Chief Magistrate in the old Ondo State between 1994 and 1995. He was a Deputy Chief Registrar 1 of the Supreme Court of Nigeria between 1995 and 1998, he was a Secretary Advisory Judicial Committee (AJC) and secretary to the Legal Practitioner Privileges Committee between 1995 and 1998. He became a member of the National Judicial Council (NJC) and Federal Judicial Service Commission in 2010 and 2019 when he bowed out of the judicial service in 2019.
Prior to his appointment as the President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, he served in the Ondo State Judiciary as a High Court Judge between 5th November, 1998 and 5th May, 2003. Before his elevation to the High Court Bench, he practiced as a private legal practitioner in Lagos Nigeria for five years between 1986 and 1991. In 1991 he was elected into the old Ondo State House of Assembly where he served as the Chairman, House Committee on Judiciary, Fundamental Human Rights and Public Petitions between November 1994 and December 1995.
Justice Adejumo, OFR, attended and completed his Bachelor of Laws degree program at the University of lfe, lle-Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria between 1982 and 1985. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria- Island, Lagos between 1985 and 1986. Since his retirement as the President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, he has been actively engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). His Lordship honorably retired from judicial service of the nation on 30th Sept, 2019 at the statutory retiring age of 65years.
When he was appointed as the President of the court, the court was then 25years old and he met 125 staff of which only 5 were graduates while only 1 staff was on grade level 13. As at the time he retired from service, the total number of staff of the court was about 2,700 of which not less than 600 were graduates. During His Lordship’s tenure as the president of the court, he encouraged and promoted manpower development of both junior and senior cadres nationally and internationally. He sponsored staffers of the court to trainings nationally and internationally across continents of the world.
He received scores of Honours and Awards nationally and internationally, to mention few amongst others are:
⮚ National Honour, Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) on 22nd December, 2008 by His Excellency, Mr. President, Umaru Musa Yar’adua, GCFR, President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
⮚ He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom and Nigeria.
⮚ Ondo State Man of the Year, December 2009.

Prof. Babatunde Rabiu

Chairman

Babatunde RABIU is a Professor of Physics and at the moment the pioneer Director and Chief Executive of the Centre for Atmospheric Research of the National Space Research and Development Agency, Nigeria. He started his career as an Assistant lecturer at the University of Nigeria in 1993 bagged his PhD in Physics in the year 2000 from the same University. He was appointed a Senior lecturer by the Federal University of Technology, Akure, in 2001 and attained the status of full Professorship on 1st October 2010 at the same University. He was a Deputy Director in the Nigerian Space Agency between 2010 and December 2012. He was named 'The Young Scientist of the Year 2000 in Nigeria' by the Third World Academy of Science, Trieste, Italy, in collaboration with the Nigerian Academy of Science. He has since received a lot of awards at national and international levels.

He is the foremost African space weather scientist. He attended a leadership training course at the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru,Jos in 2013. He is a member of many professional bodies including American Geophysical Union, African Geophysical Society, Japan Geoscience Union, Nigerian Institute of Physics, International Academy of Astronautics, International Academy of Astronautics, International Astronomical Union, American Geophysical Union, International Geophysical Research Group /Europe­ Africa (IGRGEA), Nigerian Institute of Physics, and US Institute of Navigation. Between 2008 and 2015, he served as Scientific Discipline Representative SDR in Scientific Committee on Solar-Terrestrial Physics SCOSTEP of the International Council for Science ICSU. Since 2010, he has been a member of Committee for International Participation of the American Geophysical Union. He is a member of the United Nations New Expert Group on Space Weather.

He served as the pioneer President of the AfricanGeophysical Societybetween November 2012 and November 2016. He is a fellow of a number of academic societies including the Royal Astronomical Society UK, Nigerian Geophysical Society, Society for Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Mitigation, and Astronomical Society of Nigeria. He serves on the advisory board of a number of International Research Networks such as the Atmospheric and Space Environment Research Network ASPERN and South African based Aerospace leadership Academy (AERlA). At the moment he is the African coordinator of the International Space Weather Initiative and serves on the international steering committee of the UN/NASA-endorsed global cooperation. He serves as the Administrator of the Magnetic Data Acquisition System MAGDAS in Africa among other international projects. He has delivered more than 100 papers in many academic conferences/workshops globally.

Prof. (Mrs.) Ibiyinka Fuwape

Director, Training & Research

Prof. (Mrs.) Ibiyinka Fuwape was born in Lagos State to the family of Mr. and Mrs. David Ademokun of Ogun State on 18th December 1962. She had her primary school education at Reagan Memorial Baptist Girls Primary School, Yaba, Lagos. She also obtained her O'Level certificate with a division one grade in 1979 from the Methodist Girls High School, Yaba, Lagos. She proceeded to Queen's College Yaba for her Higher School Certificate from 1979-1981.

She was employed as an Assistant Lecturer in 1989 at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and rose through the ranks. She was promoted a Professor in October, 2003. She served FUTA in many capacities as Coordinator, Acting Head of Department, Head of Department of Physics for a period of nine years. She served as Dean, School of Sciences between 2011-2015 where she got the award of the best Dean of the year in 2012. She eventually became the Chairperson/member of many Committees and Boards of FUTA. She has been a member of the University Senate from 2003 to 2017. She acted as Chairman of Senate many times when she was made the Chairman, Committee of Deans during the 2014/2015 academic session.

She is a member of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, from 2012 to 2017. She also served as a member of Council of Ogun State (Moshood Abiola) Polytechnic Abeokuta from 2013 - 2016. She has successfully supervised many undergraduates, Masters and PhD students thesis. She has been in the University system for over thirty-one (31) years.

Prof. Fuwape was a visiting scholar at Ohio University Athens, Ohio, United States of America (USA) from 2007-2009. She was an Associate member of the Abdul Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) Trieste, Italy from 1996-2002 where she conducted research with reputable scientists. She is a fellow of the Schlumberger Faculty for the Future (FFTF). She has attended many scientific conferences at home and abroad. She has also organized many conferences at local, national and international levels. She mentors individuals including women into pursuing scientific disciplines and achieving excellence in life. She has published several papers in reputable journals both locally and internationally.

Today, she is the second Vice-Chancellor of the Michael and Cecilia Ibru University. She is a Christian and she is happily married to Prof. Joseph Fuwape and blessed with children.

Dr (Mrs.) Adejoh Stella Ojone

Director, Membership Services

Dr. Adejoh Stella Ojone was born on 21st October, 1970. She hails from Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State. She bagged B.Sc in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1992); Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance in 2002 from Bayero University, Kano State; Masters of Science in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology (2007) and a doctorate degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology (2015), both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a great woman with boundless passion for education.

She has attended several trainings with certification which includes: Training on Gender Transformation, organized by IFAD Value Chain Development Programme National Office, FADAMA House (2021); Data and Analytics for Decision Making (Coursera, 2020); Effective Public Procurement (2017), Climate Change Education by UNESCO (Cape Verde, 2013), Certificate in Project Cycle Management (Accra, Ghana 2013) and lots more.
She has served in various organizations and held several leadership positions. Some of which are: Manager at Saida Nigeria Limited, Kano (1994-2001); Research Assistant at Cross Border Trade Research Network, Kano (2001-2002), Project Officer, Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency (2009-2015) etc. Mrs Adejoh Stella Ojone was the Director General/ Secretary Council of Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (KGBPP) from 2016 till 2020 and she is currently the State Programme Coordinator for Kogi State IFAD/ Value Chain Development Programme since 2020 till date.
Dr. Adejoh Stella is a woman who values hardwork, versatility, dynamism and sincerity. She is proficient in the use of computer and has good research and analytical skills; good facilitation skills and possesses aptitude for rigorous work both at office and field levels including working with any gender or class of people.
She is a Member, Agricultural Policy Research Network (APRNet) and Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria (AESON). She can speak English and Igala fluently and a bit of Hausa. She likes Research, Reading, Networking, Traveling and Cooking. She is happily married with three children.

Professor (Mrs.) Oluwabunmi Olaitan Agarry

Prof. (Mrs.) Oluwabunmi Olaitan Agarry hails from Ido-Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State. She is a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Akure (B. Tech. Microbiology, 1991) and currently a Professor of Microbiology, University of Abuja.

She began her academic career as a Graduate Assistant in the Biology Department, Federal University of Technology Akure (1994), the same University where she also obtained her Masters (M. Tech. Food Storage Technology, August 1998) and bagged her PhD (Ph. D Microbiology, January 2006). She was appointed Assistant Lecturer by the Federal University of Technology (FUTA) (1998-2001) and later moved to University of Abuja and rose through the ranks of Lecturer II, Lecturer I, to Senior Lecturer (2007-2010) and Associate Professor of Biological Sciences Department, University of Abuja (2010-2013). She reached the position of full Professorship in 2013, at the University of Abuja, Microbiology Department.

Prof. Bunmi Agarry has served efficiently in FUTA and UNIABUJA in many capacities. In FUTA, she was Secretary, Departmental Curricular Review Committee (1997-1998); Member, Departmental Welfare Committee (2005-2007); Departmental Registration Officer – (1994-1998). In UNIBUJA, she became the Director, School of Remedial Studies, (Jan 2014 – Nov. 2016); Ag. Head, Department of Biological Sciences; Post Graduate Coordinator, Dept. of Biological Sciences (July 2007 - Nov. 2009); Senate Member, University of Abuja, (2009 – To date), and also Member, Faculty of Science Board, University of Abuja, (2007 – To date)

She is a member of many professional bodies including Third World Organization of Women in Science, Italy (TWOS); American Society of Microbiology, Nigerian Society of Microbiology; Nigerian Society of Experimental Biology, Society of Mycology and Plant Mycology. Professor Bunmi Agarry is a woman that strives for excellence. She has supervised multiple of hundreds of Undergraduate Research Works and over 40 Post Graduate Research Works.

She has published several articles in respectable journals both locally and internationally and has attended many conferences, home and abroad. She is a born-again christian and she is happily married to Barrister A.S. Agarry and blessed with wonderful children. Together with her husband, Barrister Agarry became partner for sustainable development through the provision of quality education, they set out into the enterprise of education and today this completely reflects the value for which they are widely known: building destinies. The following schools have the Agarrys as Directors, viz: Christ Academy International School (since 2001); Potters Field Academy since 2010; and the youngest, Shepherd Fold International School since 2018.

Prof. (Mrs.) Oluwabunmi Olaitan Agarry is currently the Dean, Faculty of Sciences, University of Abuja, Nigeria, and a Distinguished Fellow of Institute of Organisational and Administrative Risk Management. She is equally a phenomenal resource person in the area of Administrative Risk Management.

Dr. Christopher Samaila Dabo

Christopher Samaila Philip Dabo Ph.D Was born on September 30th 1976 in kano state by Mr and Mrs Samaila Philip Dabo from Zurn local government Area of kebbi state in 1981 they relocated to Sokoto state northwest Nigeria where he attended model primary school Secretariat Road Sokoto after which he attended Federal government college Port-Harcourt Rivers state in 1986 -1993.

He proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Kebbi state in 1994-1997 where he obtained a National Diploma in Accountancy he also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1998 in Plateau State with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology Esut in 1999 he then proceeded and enrolled for a professional post-graduate Diploma in Nigerian Institute of Executive Financial and Accounting Practitioners in Lagos 2000-2001 and obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Finance.

He attended the Institute of Commerce of Nigeria for a postgraduate Diploma from the Institute of Commerce of Nigeria also obtained a postgraduate Diploma from the Nigerian College of Accountancy in Jos Plateau State becoming a member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria he proceeded for a masters degree in Accounting and Finance from Federal University of Technology Akure 2003 he also obtained a Doctorate Degree PhD in Financial Accounting with Specialization in Budgeting and Audit from saviours American University Tempa Florida in 2006 then obtained a Masters degree in Management and a masters degree in Public Administration from Kabale University Uganda East Africa in 2010- 2011.

He is with the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja Nigeria where he supervises and monitors Revenue Generation and supervision he is also a visiting Lecturer in Kabale University of Uganda in East Africa where he also serves as a Senior Lecturer in the postgraduate school and the senior Tutor in the faculty of Arts and Social Sciences he formulated and created the thesis and Research formats adopted by Kabale University in 2010 his research skills and proficiency enabled him supervise 73 Masters Research Thesis of the Post Graduate School with more than hundred undergraduate projects Hence Eight of his Masters Degree Thesis Students were scored A+ In 2013 by the External Examiners of The prestigious Makarere University one of the first African pioneer Universities as such the thesis were published as international journals out of the eight A+ students three of them completed their Ph.D in Spain with his guidance.

On his return after the national service in East Africa in 2014 the then Administration of President Goodluck Jonathan awarded him among other volunteers a national Certificate of Recognition for excellence accordingly the prime Minister of Uganda awarded him a certificate of recognition he also had supervised more than 100 undergraduate degree projects subsequently some of his students researches qualified among the Rwandan coffee and co­ operative societies projects adopted in some of the provinces subsequently in Plateau State College of Accountancy his research with a group of his colleagues resulted in the work on the Relevance of tax consultancy in revenue generation in Plateau State 1999 it is not therefore surprising the adoption of same by the now Federal inland Revenue service of Nigeria he is also a member of many professional bodies in Nigeria he has also published some Educational journals Christopher Samaila Philip Dabo PhD is also an Author of more than 56 novels he is presently pursuing another Doctorate Degree in international Diplomacy (in-view).

Akomolafe, Bankole Joel is the principal partner of Bank- Akomolafe & Co. (Mount Zion Chambers), Abuja. He was born on 30th July, 1967. He hails from Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State. He had his secondary education in Bishop Philips’ Academy, Agodi, Ibadan where he obtained his SSCE in 1982. He was admitted into University of Ibadan in 1992 and obtained his Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) in 1997. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja between 1998-1999 where he was awarded Barrister at Law (B.L).

He started his working career with Otuyemi & Otuyemi & Associates in Lagos State as a Legal Practitioner between 1999-2002. In the year 2002, he joined another law firm, Chief Afe Babalola, SAN & Co. as a Legal Practitioner in Lagos State where he worked for two years. The following are different levels of membership offered to deserving candidates.

FELLOW MEMBER

Requirements for Direct Membership of FELLOW Member

Minimum of Master Degree in any profession with 12 to 15 years post NYSC/working experience or having obtained Fellowship certificate from any recognized professional body in and out of the country, and will be confirmed by the governing council of Institute of Organisational and Administrative Risk Management.

Minimum of BSC/HND Degree in any profession with 10years post NYSC/working experience and will be confirmed by governing council of Institute of Organisational and Administrative Risk Management.
